What are the return conditions?+
Eligible unused and uninstalled standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Customers pay return shipping to Morocco. Original outbound shipping and other applicable costs may be deducted where permitted by law. Custom and personalized items have exclusions. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering.
Will unlacquered brass change over time?+
Yes. Unlacquered brass is a living finish that gradually deepens and develops a natural patina through air, water and touch. Each piece becomes individual to its setting.
How should I care for the finish?+
For everyday care, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap, then dry the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive pads. Brass polish can restore a brighter look when desired.
Will the fixture fit my plumbing?+
Connection standards are listed with each product. Before ordering, compare them with your local plumbing requirements or send us your project location and measurements for guidance.
How quickly will my order ship?+
In-stock items are prepared in 1–3 business days; standard handmade items in 3–7 business days. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–5 business days to the US, Canada, UK and Europe; 4–7 to Australia and New Zealand; and 4–10 to other supported destinations. Custom and wholesale timing is confirmed before purchase. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I coordinate every fixture in one finish?+
Yes. Faucets, showers, drains and hardware can be selected in coordinating finishes. Because every surface is finished by hand, subtle tonal variation is part of its character.
